Delivered on the right day. Prepped the turkey the night before I cooked it. Cooked breast side down, moist, lovely taste. I have been ordering from Herd Fed for a few years after a disastrous xmas when the turkey i bought from well known supermarket was off. Decided I didn’t want one wrapped in plastic, much nicer for the turkey to be dry and boxed.
