Helen was also quick to respond (which is very much appreciated) and found time to suit us both to meet. Helen was professional yet personable, and always found a good balance of listening vs talking. Helen is not a ‘computer says no’ kind of therapist but instead thinks outside the box and tailors the meetings to your agenda. I found Helen’s input was very relevant to my specific situation.
