Ruth and her jeweller designed & created the most beautiful opal ring for me to give my mother on her 80th birthday and the whole process from my initial phone call to the finished ring was an absolute delight. The ring was not a straightforward design because my mothers fingers are very mishappen from arthritis so Ruth had to design a hinged ring that would open up to go over the largest part of her finger but then close and the hinge be totally, discreetly hidden and that is exactly what was created. The ring is stunning and the quality outstanding. Every single little detail that RUth included in the process, like the handwritten notes that came with the original sketches and the ring delivery, felt special and bespoke and we have kept everything. I just cant thank Heirloom enough for all the care & attention given.
