This is crap carnt see what I am typing,anyway bought a dual stat for a commercial hot water tank,which is great and does the job perfect,BUT when I bought this on line I did not see the the next day before 10 am delivery charge of 16 pound because I didn't need it next day before 10am please make this part more clear,will be seeking to claim this back
