Ordering and delivery very good and organised, unfortunately it's probably only 1 in a hundred chance but my item was faulty and had to return it. The initial contact was promptly answered and the item returned but it took 11 days to get a response for a refund and in the end had to contact them again and it was only then they duly obliged.
