Sadly Ordered a part CORRECTLY and stated what was ordered was correct on shipping note ,
But this was not what arrived. (incorrect size sent). Emailed and was told:
"I'm sorry about that. Please use the attached label to return them to us."
Considering as it was HCO mistake i would have thought more help to resolve would have been greatfull the fact that I still need the correct part................................ so have since looked else where.....
