What an amazing company! We had a disaster with our boiler breaking on us (no hot water or heating) with no savings to replace it. It was 12C in the flat and we were so stuck. We looked around and everywhere was just so expensive. To make the situation financially worse our boiler would need to be moved adding more to the expense. Then we found heatable and they saved the day! Heatable were so supportive from the get go with their easy to use website, quick response and friendly customer service. Ben Mars was the technical support for our case and was very responsive to emails and helped so much. They even penciled in our fitting date before our finance was approved to make sure we could get our boiler ASAP. They also waived the boiler moving fee because they knew how stuck we were. Our boiler broke on the Tuesday night and they sent someone to come fit it called John on the Friday who did an incredible job and was polite, friendly, reliable and tidy. If it wasn’t for them we would be very stuck over the winter and could not recommend them enough. Especially for us as this is our first property and we had no idea how boilers work, heatable were there for us. Such a special company and thank you Ben Mars and John!
