Ordering: Very easy and clear to do. Presented with a range of boilers which were recommended for my home, but not too many that it was confusing. I was shown a list of dates which were available for my installation. Paying: Again very easy, had the option to pay monthly or in full with a credit card. I used my credit card for extra protection. Installation: Martin arrived at 8am as promised having called the night before to confirm. It was a straight forward swap out of my old combi boiler for a new Vaillant one. Martin was courteous, tidy and did a very good job. For anyone who lives in the Chester area, I would highly recommend him if you get the option to pick. Conclusion: The process was straight forward, customer service and communication excellent, installation impressive. Very happy and would highly recommend to anyone looking for a fast, cheap boiler installation.
