I went to these people after using NHS and one other non-NHS supplier. Looking around I was extremely disappointed to have all the big advertising hearing aid suppliers offering appointment waits of weeks if not months. Hearing Aid UK organised a local supplier within days. Their recommended supplier (from Frequency Hearing Ltd) was both knowledgeable and experienced but listened and met all my requests – a quite impressive performance. The chosen aids arrived within days at vastly less than ‘high street’ prices and fitting was accomplished faultlessly with my existing accessories also paired to the aids. Would I recommend? Yes – but as they use several independents across their patch, the actual performance may vary. I am well satisfied.
