I called in at the shop, it was my first visit and I didn't realise it was delivery day. No problem and I was given lots of information. My dog had been scratching and moulting for about 3 months. I was given information about allergies and the last 3 newsletters. I bought natural treats and some things for my friend. It all turned out the scratching was just down to a very heavy moult and my dog has now settled down. Thanks for your help and I will certainly recommend you. Pauline Hage and Chester.
