I bought my Panasonic TX-58DX902 from a specialist Hi-Fi shop who promised to set it up for me. To say I was disappointed with the picture quality would be an understatement, especially considering the glowing reviews this TV has had. It was awful. I contacted Vincent via his website and quickly arranged an appointment. He arrived dead on time went through the Calibration with me step by step. The difference he has made is nothing short of amazing. Watching DVD's I have seen many times before is like seeing them for the first time. I can see detail I never knew existed. To me the picture quality is breathtaking. The same with SKY and HDR. If you are in any doubt about whether to get Vincent to Calibrate your TV, I would say do not hesitate.
