Vincent is a very nice personable guy who is polite and fully explains the whole calibration process as he carries it out - his attention to detail is fantastic and he is clearly a perfectionist about calibrating a screen! Results have been great after 2 weeks of viewing the calibrated screen -skin tones in particular and dark scenes on blu ray discs now look fantastic and live sport (which I mainly watch) is so much more natural looking and smooth -screen almost has a 3d depth to it!! For anyone spending a lot of money to upgrade their tv I would highly recommend getting Vincent round to calibrate it professionally to fully appreciate what the screen is capable of!
