Vincent is a really courteous and decent chap and he improved the picture settings on our new OLED in about two hours. He's happy to discuss every stage of the process and tailors the picture to your room light and the type of tv you tend to watch. It takes the doubt out of your mind about the settings you've been tinkering with.
