Vincent was knowledgeable, friendly, warm and engaging, taking his time to talk through everything he was doing and ensuring I was happy every step of the way. He did not rush anything and genuinely seemed to love his job which made the calibration session all the more enjoyable. I have no hesitation in recommending him. The picture looked vastly improved on my LG OLED 65 B6 once he had finished with it! All evidence of panel uniformity problems which were present before have gone. Very happy.
