I paid for a service to deliver flowers the next day as per their advert on google.
They failed to deliver the following day and there was no communication to tell me it wouldn't be delivered.
I raised an issue with them and all they said is that they use 3rd party delivery parties and as a result delivery may be delayed by up to 3 days and referred to their T&Cs.
Customer services used clearly pre-written text that they just dropped into their responses and never at any point did they say, i will go away and investigate what happened. They just pointed to their T&Cs.
Horrible customer experience.
I won't be using them again.
