Delivery was late!
I had to call Royal Mail to make sure they even delivered it @ all!
Claimed the recipients weren't home on the 1st attempt but I know for a fact that they were home all.day as they are recently bereaved & that's what the flowers were for, it was a very expensive bouquet of flowers which looked much smaller than the pics only 9 flowers and I paid £10 xtra for the large! They didn't arrive until late the next day! Too late
The sengiment was lost & I paid extra for tracked next day delivery for nothing! Very disappointing
