I've used Haute Florist a couple of times because I like the style of the bouquets and usually the service has been good. However, this time I ordered next day delivery and my flowers were delivered a day late. As a result, I wasn't able to give them to the intended recipient (I'd ordered them next day for a reason) and the flowers looked tired from being in transit an extra day - five of the stems were ruined. I appreciate this is probably Royal Mail's fault rather than Haute Florist's, but the outcome is that I've got a substandard bouquet and have to buy a new gift for my friend. When I got in touch with customer services they replied quickly, which is good, and agreed there was 'slight damage' to the flowers, but the best they could offer was £10 credit. I don't think that's great, because I really didn't get what I paid for. No company gets it right all the time, but how they respond to problems matters.
