The flowers arrived on time, and I'm told they were excellent, although I haven't seen them. The only thing that lets it down is that Royal Mail provides very limited tracking. I didn't get any dispatch or delivery confirmation, so spent all day worrying that they didn't make it OK and I would be forced to argue for a refund or replacement. Royal Mail really are one of the most backward couriers - they don't guarantee named-day delivery, and don't keep you updated where your parcel is.
