There's lots of competitors in this market, so you may be wondering if you should use Haute? Don't bother, they won't deliver on time; just use a decent local florist. I ordered on a Friday for delivery on Sunday, at cost, they happily accepted the order, but then contracted Royal Mail who didn't deliver till Tuesday. 95th birthday missed.
Only two stars as apparently the recipient liked the flowers.
