Having signed up for gold plus membership and buying a few things I’m am now feeling very disappointed I had received a free groom bag for spending over £60 but had returned one coat for a refund and returned a gilet for a bigger Size I am now being told to return the free gift item as my order now falls under £60. Having a email to advise of this from the customer service team it takes ages to get a reply from them. I would rather not have had a free gift if it causes such a problem when returning items. To date I still haven’t received the gilet I requested for a bigger size or refund for the coat. My last email to them was to ask if I spent more on other items (same total as the coat that I had returned) if I could then keep the free gift and have the larger size gilet. Still nothing back from the team. They can have the free gift back a small groom bag that claims to be worth £17.50 but really not worth the money but I thought would be handy for shows. But I don’t think I should have to pay to return it.
Other than me obviously not reading the small print about returning your free gift if you return anything - maybe this should be in bold on the returns form?!I was very happy that the original order came so quickly.
