I purchased 4 items, 2 of which needed to be returned. The online portal for returns was not working when I first tried on 18/3/24 so I had to telephone. I was told it was a technical fault so I tried again the following day and it still wasn't working. So I telephoned again on 21/3 and eventually the person conceded it wasn't working, despite them being adamant it had worked the previous day. I received an email with instructions to return the parcel and a £5 voucher as a gesture of goodwill. As I had to pay £4.69 to return the parcel, I feel the £5 voucher is of little use as I am unlikely to order again as I am no confident in the returns process. This email also asked me to provide a 'tracking reference' IF I'd used tracking as part of the return process.
Anyway, I then received another email asking me to provide a tracking number IF I used 'tracking' as my means of postage, I hadn't so I am now not feeling overly confident that my items will be dealt with efficiently upon receipt by Harry Hall. I did pay for a signature upon receipt of the parcel.
I haven't worn any of the items yet to ride in so I am unable to comment on them.
