It took over 2 weeks for my order to arrive due to the use of Evri as a courier. As much as the customer assistants I spoke to at Harry Hall were helpful, it did take me to make contact four times before the resolution of sending the order with a different courier was arranged. It's a real shame because I have used Harry Hall several times in the past and really like their products but this most recent experience has put me off.
