The order was due to be delivered on 13/4. It hadn't arrived by late afternoon so I called and was assured it was on its way and I would get a call if there were any problems. It didn't arrive on 13/4 and I wasn't contacted. I had arranged someone to lay it 14/4 but as it hadn't arrived I had to postpone. The following day was a bank holiday and no one was contactable but I did leave a voicemail. Although I wasn't given notice of when it would finally arrive it was delivered early afternoon on the bank holiday and seems to be good quality but the lack of communication was a pain which mucked up my weekend plans
