The service and product received from Turf online were very good. Before the purchase was made, the customer service department, provided, clear and concise information. During our initial conversation, we discussed delivery options, more specifically, our site was going to have specific tight access issues. The customer service department dealt with this seamlessly, and obviously, they have good systems and processes to deal with both B to B and B to C clients. The product itself was extremely uniform and fulfilled the client's brief perfectly. Out of 218 rolls used, we only had to reject 4 rolls. This is an extremely good ratio and again shows me the quality of this farmed product and the company's quality control in the field
