I'm shocked at how I've been treated by Harrods but not as shocked as I was just now reading that this happens regularly. I paid £236 for some perfume I had been debating whether to buy for 6 months. Three weeks ago they took my money. They used DPD to get the parcel to me the next day but the quite frankly pathetic box had been broken into and the bottle gone. The box, sleeve and cellophane were there. No bottle. I have rung/emailed Harrods almost daily. They are just fobbing me off.
