My experience ordering from Harrier has been nothing but exceptional. Very prompt delivery, however the Vest I ordered didn't quite fit (my fault not Harrier's). The exchange process was very fluid and stress free and I quickly recieved another Vest that fits perfectly. I haven't used the Vest for running yet, however I have used it hiking and it was extremely comfortable. Harrier was recommended to me from a friend and I can gladly say, I will be doing the same.
