Harrier’s customer service were amazing! I had been gifted the Helvellyn pro carbon poles over a year ago and got a lot of use out of them in this time! Unfortunately one of the tips had snapped and Harrier kindly sent me a replacement pole even though mine was out of warranty, and I wasn’t the person who originally purchased the poles.
I love this product so much, I am just so happy that they were able to sort a replacement so quickly so I can continue to use them!
