Where to begin? Firstly the products are brilliant! I recently ventured in to trail running and completed a race without any poles. What a fool! Since using the poles I feel so much more confident. They are easy to use, compact and great quality for the price tag! Secondly, their customer service is second to none! Fast replies, funny responses, kind and caring! I foolishly left one of the poles behind when taking a picture and the team at Harrier were quick to help me out! They allowed me to purchase a singular pole and sent it out quickly! Would not hesitate to reccommend and will be using them in the future! Thank you!
