I booked a taxi and got a fixed price for the journey. Taxi arrived late and then during journey was told he would not honour the fixed price I was given. I only had the cash on me for the quote amount. He then threw me out of his taxi when his meter reached the fixed price. It was torrential rain and I then had to walk for 20 mins in the pouring rain to my destination. I had to conduct interviews and arrived drenched. The taxi driver was agressive
in nature. I am a 54 year old woman.
