Maria Daves was amazing, I would highly recommend her. But, I don't think it's very good that you have to pay for a full session to find out if you and your therapist match.
The outcome was that I should deal with other aspects first. Surely this could have been brought up and a short meet up arranged to discuss suitability. Access to work funding is hard enough to get, that first session funding could have been used better.
