Initially anxious, I was quickly put at ease by the friendly greeting and relaxed professionalism of the reception staff and Dr Phil. Clearly well informed and contemporary in his field of expertise, he sought, skilfully to identify my diagnosis whilst considering and excluding other possibilities. Options were considered and I felt valued that my needs were prioritised. I am so glad that we found Harley Therapy and would compel others to do the same should they need.
