Was a relaxed environment with a clear power point presentation and practical session however I felt slightly disappointed and let down by the practical part. When completing the application form, it said to bring a model if I wished to so I brought my mum. On arrival we were told she couldn't be my model and instead wasted the products that were used that day on a dummys face when in fact she could've been my model.
