The selection of whisky available to choose from was good - prices were good also. Delivery could be an issue depending on where you live and how quickly you want/need your order. I asked and paid for next-day delivery as I needed the whisky as a gift. The courier HTFW employ/contract sent me an email after I had paid my order account in full informing me they could not deliver for at least 2 days - and that was only an estimate. I then had to email HTFW again and ask why they advertise next-day delivery and charge for next-day delivery when their courier clearly cannot deliver that service. I was given a £2 refund and no explanation or apology. HTFW let me down advertising a paid service they could not deliver. Had I known this fact I would have placed my order elsewhere with the knowledge I would indeed get the service and delivery as advertised and paid for at the time of ordering without having to go chase it later.
