I placed an order but forgot to use a 10% discount code I had. When I contacted them to ask if they’ll apply the code I got a very prompt response. The customer service I received was excellent particularly from Sophie who dealt with my request efficiently and promptly. She was very understanding and showed real understanding of a customer’s needs. The discount was applied. Totally satisfied.
