Helena contacted me before the party to ensure that the entertainment she was planning matched our expectations and was flexible to remove items that wouldn't work for our building.
On the day she arrived in plenty of time before the party and was fully prepared before the children arrived. She quickly engaged with the children and soon had many of them happily joining it.
