I rang Hansons on Monday 5 Sep 2022 to enquire about a new Smeg kettle as my kettle was leaking. I was told that the price was £140 but the gentleman from Hansons said that he would look on their records to see how long I had had the kettle but the computer terminals were all busy and that he he would ring me later. This he did and told me that the kettle was still under guarantee and that I should contact Smeg who would send me a replacement. This I did and I received my replacement kettle from Smeg on Wednesday 7 September 2022. This was excellent service both from Hansons and from Smeg.
