Had to isolate as mother tested positive for covid and was told I could not get a refund. Even though the government had told me I had to isolate, circumstances out of my control. I was the one that lost out, hangover weekends just kept all my money
Very poor service, won’t ever be using this service again, my friends all agree to use a different provider in the future
