Sent my Wifes Samsung S8 said they would pay £120, received email to say they received it and would get the phone looked over and get back to me within 24 to 48 hours 10 pm the same night they emailed to say sorry but the phone had screen burn and a crackling noise on the speaker when on high volume it had none of these faults if it had screen burn I wouldn't even bother selling it I know it never had that because the phone I have has got it, they offered me £28 or pay them £20 to return the phone , I told them no way was I paying them £20 to send my phone back. Once they have your phone you have no control on what happens, every phone sent to them has a fault, in the end I had to accept £34 because they stopped all correspondence with me. They are operating under other names as well Cash Your Phone and Tech Mania. How the hell are they still in buisness theybshould be in jail their making money what ever they do. If any couriers are reading these reviews please stop doing any buisness with these crooks and Trading Standards please look at the way these scumbags are treating people.
