Order initially arrived via Royal Mail, and unfortunately the bag had split and there were no handles. Quick call to Handles4U, and some photos of the damaged packaging and Royal Mail's standard apology plastic bag fastened to it, and replacement handles were arranged and dispatched promptly. So good service, owned the problem, and if they had arrived ok first time would have been 5 stars.
