I ordered some doorknobs and hinges, some of which I had to return due to my own error. Return service was fine, [although postage was at my own expense], and replacements were delivered quickly. One item was missing from the second delivery, but was issued a couple of days later after a quick phone call.
Would definitely consider using again.
