I ordered 2 window catches which were shown as available on the website, however, a few days after ordering I received an email apologising that the items were not available. My money was refunded straight away which was good. I ordered 2 other catches which again were shown as available but again the same thing happened. They did again refund my money but I would have preferred the goods.
