Purchasing for H4H was simple, however communication from the delivery side was none existant, until I contacted you direct twice to find out when the delivery would arrive we were left guessing, you did however email me with an update but nothing from the courier, Also the £160 white door jamb was sticking out of the packaging which in turn caused some transport scuffs marks which can be managed. Better packaging, better courier and better communication required.
