Order processing very good, delivery very good, shelf brackets excellent
Coat hooks, very poor. They were manufactured wrong. The hook wasn't perpendicular with the fixing plate. All hooks were the same. They're attractive but look like a reject set.
Apologies for the harshness but quality was very poor I'm afraid
