I have dealt with this company before and given a 5 star rating for customer service (sales), quality and choice of stock. On this occasion I was disappointed that I placed and paid for an order and some 3 days later was told that the second set of items was not in stock and could take 6 weeks or more. It then took a week to action the partial refund. I appreciate that unforeseen problems can sometimes arise but when an item is out of stock why don't these companies just say so BEFORE they take your money?! I shall use them again but check the stock situation first!
