The website was easy to navigate and ordering what I needed was quick and straightforward. The automated response e-mail after ordering confirmed everything I needed about cost, specification of products ordered and delivery time. My only negative comment about the service relates to the lack of information about delivery for 'unusual' door handles, which I subsequently discovered I had ordered. I had to wait about two weeks for delivery and made several enquiry telephone calls during this period. I think that some more information at the time of ordering about having to wait longer for more obscure products would have helped. Other than this, everything else was fine and the products arrived as described by DPD courier.
