We rented Bora Bora, a place on Paynes Bay, Barbados. Sherie was great throughout the whole process and we received a nice pack in the post confirming the booking details and one of those glossy "about Barbados" type mags you get in hotels, which is great for first time visitors. Unfortunately, on arrival, we discovered that Sherie had provided incorrect information about Bora Bora which resulted in a somewhat less than great experience. And here lies the problem - Hammerton is not the lead agent for the property and received the incorrect info from Blue Sky in Barbados, who is the lead management agent (I assume). You have to question then, what value Hammerton bring, assuming you don't consider a glossy mag value.
