I give 5 stars to the costumer service for their responsiveness and professionalism. My purchase was sent 2 weeks after i placed it but i was informed about the delay and costumer service handled the situation well i believe. I have bought the Growband, scalp elixir and the caffeine shampoo. In the first look the products seem to be of high quality, the liquids smell good, feel nice on my skin and makes my hair softer. For now, that is all i can say, i cannot assess the effectiveness the products on hair loss and regrow since i have been using them only for a few weeks.
