I am almost 40 and I have shaved my head for over 10 years, but this past winter I started using the Elixir. I feel like my hair is slowly filling in a little bit more than it used to. I am on my second bottle now and plan to keep using it until next winter to compare my progress. Awesome customer service, also. I ordered the vitamins and probiotics in combination with my second bottle of Elixir, but for some reason only the Elixir showed up. I emailed customer service and they immediately resolved the issue, rushed delivered the replacements, and I received them 2-3 days later, usually it takes 10-14 days to arrive.
