As a female I have used a lot of natural shampoos, and also hair loss shampoos and conditioners which contain caffeine. I find this shampoo is by far superior. Adding the vinegar is a great idea as it saves me doing a separate vinegar rinse and my hair feels really clean. All of the special oils leave my hair healthy, soft and manageable and I do not need to use a conditioner. It’s only been three weeks and I am going to continue using it as directed to determine whether it aids in new growth.
