I had a lot of problems with the delivery of the Growband as it got lost by the parcel service on its way to me. However, the people at Hairguard helped me in a friendly and uncomplicated way and sent me a new Growband with another parcel service. So the service was excellent. The Growband itself is sturdy and very easy to use. It will take at least 3 months to see the first results and then I will give my opinion again.
